Our Commitment

C&D Consulting LLC is a residential construction, remodeling, and demolition contractor based in Faribault, Minnesota. We use email strictly for legitimate business communications. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, do not purchase or rent mailing lists, and do not use email for deceptive or misleading purposes.

Sending Domain & Resend

Outbound email is delivered through Resend (resend.com), our transactional email provider. Automated and system-generated messages are sent only from our verified domain:

• Website: cdconsultiing.com

Email from C&D Consulting LLC should always come from an @cdconsultiing.com address. If you receive a message claiming to be from us from another domain, please contact us at abuse@cdconsultiing.com before responding.

Types of Email We Send

We send transactional email only — messages triggered by a specific action or an existing business relationship:

• Contact form confirmation — sent immediately after you submit the contact form
• Contact reply correspondence — when we respond to an inquiry you submitted
• Service-related updates — scheduling or project correspondence where you are an active client

We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional campaigns without your explicit consent. If we introduce optional marketing communications in the future, they will include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.

How You Opt In

Recipients opt in by taking a deliberate action on our website or initiating contact with us:

• Submitting the contact form at /contact with your email address
• Sending email directly to info@cdconsultiing.com
• Entering into a construction or remodeling contract that includes email correspondence

By submitting the contact form, you consent to receive the transactional confirmation email and any follow-up messages necessary to respond to your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

How to Stop Receiving Email

Transactional emails related to an active inquiry cannot always be suppressed while we are fulfilling your request. However, you may:

• Reply to any message and ask us to stop further email — we honour opt-out requests promptly
• Email info@cdconsultiing.com with subject "Email opt-out" and the address you wish to remove
• Request deletion of your data under our Privacy Policy (which stops future email unless you contact us again)

We process opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.

Abuse & Spam Reports

To report abuse, phishing, or unauthorized use of our domain, email abuse@cdconsultiing.com with the subject line "Email abuse report" and include the full message headers if possible. We investigate reports promptly and cooperate with mailbox providers.

Email Infrastructure (Resend)

Resend processes message metadata (recipient address, delivery status, bounces, and complaints) on our behalf as a data processor. Resend does not use your data for its own marketing. We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for @cdconsultiing.com. See the Data Sharing section of our Privacy Policy.

Bounce and Complaint Handling

We maintain list hygiene to protect recipients and our sending reputation:

• Hard bounces — invalid addresses are removed from future sends
• Complaints — recipients who mark our mail as spam are unsubscribed immediately
• Suppression list — opted-out, bounced, and complained addresses are blocked from automated sends
• Monitoring — delivery metrics are reviewed regularly via Resend
